Digital shoppers in Sweden value the ability to decide how their online purchases will be delivered. In fact, nearly three-quarters (74%) of digital buyers in the country surveyed by TNS Sifo for PostNord in April said that it was somewhat or very important that they could choose their own delivery method when buying online.

Nearly half (48%) of digital buyers in Sweden preferred to pick up their web purchases themselves at their local post office or service point. This option was most popular among the youngest respondents ages 18 to 29.
